For dads, it would be great to have a designated area for children to play and engage in activities.

I keep coming back to this hostel because it has everything I need: Wi-Fi, kitchen, AC, laundry, TV room. The staff even helped me find my lost wallet. Coming back for Easter!

The staff was really nice, always ready to help and provide useful tips. The location is great, close to shopping streets, restaurants, and nightlife. The hostel is surrounded by a protective wall, making it feel safe. The kitchen is well-equipped, perfect for cooking meals. Bonus: It's one of the cheapest hostels in the area.

Felt like a home away from home, no reason to complain.

The rooms at Birdsnest Hostel Hongdae Foreigner Only were seriously awesome! They had all the stuff I needed to chill, like a comfy seating area, a flat-screen TV , and even air-conditioning to beat the heat. Plus, they had a safety deposit box for my important stuff. It was like a cozy home away from home!

Honestly, the only thing I wasn't too keen on was that there's no air-conditioning in the female dormitory room at Birdsnest Hostel Hongdae Foreigner Only. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

birdsnest hostel in hongdae felt like a second home, with affordable prices and a friendly staff that made me feel like family. the living room was the perfect place to relax and socialize, while the upper floor offered a peaceful retreat. the location was convenient, with lots of charming coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Check-in process was a mess.

Lee is very friendly. The other guests are very friendly too. The place is clean and well kept. Lee instruction to the hsotel is very accurate and good., make it very easy to find the hostel

Breakfast starting at 8 am is a bit too late. Should be 7am. There is no table to sit to have breakfast. The shower should be separated male from female. There is no hooks in the shower cubicle to hang your towel or clothings.

It was great value for money and very clean. And Lee, the host is a gem.

I chose this hotel for attending an annual general meeting and it turned out to be a great choice. The accommodations were comfortable and equipped with tablet computers and safes, which made it convenient for me to work and keep my belongings secure. The staff, although all foreigners, were friendly and helpful.

The one service that I missed for my work was a business center or a dedicated workspace. Having a place where I could set up my laptop and work in a quiet environment would have been ideal.

Clean rooms and common areas, responsible travelers, good location with cafes and restaurants nearby, accommodating staff who fulfilled all requests.

We had a great stay at Birdsnest Hostel Hongdae Foreigner Only. The beds were comfortable, the lobby area was clean, and the location was excellent. The staff was very helpful, and we particularly enjoyed the big common room on the 2nd floor. It was a great space to relax and make use of the facilities such as PCs and lockers. Despite being a bit far from the subway station, we enjoyed the lively atmosphere and the convenience of having 25 GS and CU convenient stores nearby.

The rooms are cozy and clean, perfect for a comfortable stay. The hostel has a lovely garden where you can relax and even cook your own Korean BBQ. The location is great, just a short walk from the subway station and surrounded by many restaurants. The staff is incredibly kind, social, and friendly, making you feel welcome and at home during your stay.

One downside is that you have to leave your backpack in the common area instead of the room due to space issues, so it might not be the best option if you need to store valuables. some guests mentioned that there was no hair conditioner provided in the shower room, so you might want to bring your own if you need it.
